Data controller
The controller of your personal data is InfinityTech (trade name Inyka), a SASU with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 900 601 055. Contact: contact@inyka.app. The registered office address is available in the legal notice.
Data Protection Officer
InfinityTech has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as such appointment is not required under article 37 of the GDPR given the nature and volume of the processing carried out. For any question regarding your data, you can write directly to contact@inyka.app.
Data collected and purposes
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide. Three collection cases. (1) Booking a call via Calendly: data collected: first name, last name, email address, time slot; purpose: organizing and holding the commercial call; legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR); retention: 3 years from last contact. (2) Direct contact by email to contact@inyka.app: data: name, email, message content; purpose: responding to your request; legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR); retention: 3 years from last exchange. (3) Anonymous audience and performance statistics via Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and PostHog (the latter configured in anonymous mode, without cookies, hosted in the European Union): no identifying personal data, no individual profile, no cross-referencing with other databases; purpose: measuring site traffic, the visitors' arrival channel (e.g. LinkedIn or email) and the technical quality of the experience (load times, Web Vitals); legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). The mandatory or optional nature of each field is specified on the relevant forms.
Processors and recipients
Your data is processed in-house by Youssef Attia, President of InfinityTech, the sole person involved. It is also hosted and processed by the following processors, bound by data processing agreements compliant with article 28 of the GDPR: Vercel Inc. (site hosting, USA), Calendly LLC (call booking, USA), Google LLC (Google Workspace professional email, USA), and PostHog Inc. (site audience measurement, data hosted in the European Union). No data is sold, leased, or transferred to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of your data is transferred to the United States as part of the use of Vercel, Calendly, and Google services. These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which these companies adhere, as well as by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. The audience-measurement data processed by PostHog is, for its part, hosted in the European Union and is not subject to any transfer outside the EU. You may obtain a copy of these safeguards by writing to contact@inyka.app.
Cookies and trackers
The site uses Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and PostHog in anonymous mode. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights do not set any cookies. PostHog is also configured without cookies: it keeps a temporary session identifier in the browser's session storage (cleared when the tab closes), does not record your IP address, creates no individual profile, and does not track your browsing across other sites. These tools are used solely for audience measurement; on that basis, in line with the CNIL guidelines on audience-measurement tools, your consent is not required. The Calendly widget is not loaded until you yourself click a booking link. When you open the widget by an explicit click, Calendly may then set third-party cookies necessary for its operation; these cookies are Calendly's responsibility and subject to its own policy. No advertising or profiling cookies are set by inyka.app.
Profiling and automated decisions
InfinityTech does not carry out any profiling or automated decision-making based solely on automated processing of your data within the meaning of article 22 of the GDPR.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, you have the following rights over your personal data: right of access (art. 15), right to rectification (art. 16), right to erasure (art. 17), right to restriction of processing (art. 18), right to data portability (art. 20), right to object (art. 21), right to withdraw consent at any time (art. 7.3), and the right to issue directives concerning your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@inyka.app with proof of identity. We will respond within one month maximum.
Complaint to the CNIL
